By using this service, you agree to these terms.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Credits & Billing

Credits are consumed when using AI features. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. One-time credit packs never expire. Refunds are processed per our refund policy.

Your Content & Uploads

You retain ownership of the audio you upload. You represent that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to, the audio you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright or other rights. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

Generated Output

The instrument tracks the service generates from your input are yours to use — including for commercial purposes — royalty-free. We claim no ownership over the tracks you generate.

Third-Party AI Engine

Conversions are produced by third-party AI models accessed through our gateway. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to upstream interruptions, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular quality, accuracy, or fitness of the generated output.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to generate harmful content, to upload audio you do not own or have the rights to, or to circumvent usage limits.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
